Throughout history we have seen countries like the USSR and Cuba that have implemented socialist regimes that led them to keep their population under very strict social levels in which there are no rich or por people, but everyone is at the same level of progress. Which undoubtedly can be seen in the axioms or economic conditions of socialism, for this comment I will focus on axiom 1 (Pareto) and axiom 4 (solidarity). In axiom 1 it is mentioned that there can not be efficiency in the sense of Pareto, since that would imply that f someone imporves then another person is worse which under a socialist regime that is not possible since society must live under the same standards and levels. By axiom 4 we know that if someone improves then the society as a whole improves a little too, which under the socialist idea would be fulfilled if for example an individual invented an assistant robot, then under the socialist rules each individual should also have his assistant robot because that is one of the basic ideas of solidarity and equality. However, the reality is different, because in the cases of socialist countries, there has always been a high level of corruption in which high-ranked politicians benefit while the rest of society is kept under very deplorable social levels. This example can be use too with axiom 1 because here only de high-ranked politician would benefit such that they will be in a better utility levels than the rest of the society. So I can conclude that if the socialist axioms were fulfilled then the reality in socialist countries would be different.
